理化性质:纯品为无色透明液体,沸点291℃/760mmHg。密度1.318(20℃), 蒸气压:7.79×10-7 Pa(25℃);分配系数(25℃) LogP=4.1。水中溶解度(20℃) :0.05微克有效成分/升。在p H 4、7、9缓冲溶液中稳定,在55℃时降解率小于1 0 %。

毒性:大鼠急性经口L D50:雄 132mg/kg, 雌159mg/kg;小鼠急性经口L D50:雄 146mg/kg, 雌121mgkg;大鼠急性经皮L D50: >2000mg/kg;大鼠吸入L C50(4小时):雄1.38mg/l,雌0.36mg/l。鹌鹑L D50:1884mg/kg;鲤鱼TLm(48小时):0.0035mg/l。水蚤 L C50(48小时):0.031微克有效成分/升。蜜蜂L C50:27微克有效成分/升。蚯蚓L C50(7天): 218微克有效成分/升。

作用机理及杀虫谱:溴氟醚菊酯主要用作杀螨剂。其具有较强的触杀作用,击倒作用迅速。对成螨和若幼螨均有较好的活性,对卵亦有活性。对叶蝉,蓟马也有很好的活性。作用机理与其它拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂相似。防治各种叶螨,叶蝉,蓟马等,用于果树如柑橘、苹果、梨、桃等,茶叶及蔬菜;推荐剂量下对作物安全、无药害。施用剂量为100~200克有效成分/公顷。

生产情况:由日本三井东亚化学公司于20世纪80年代末期开发生产。国内未见生产报道。

APPLICATIONS
Mode of action Broad spectrum acaricide with contact action and moderate residual activity. Also inhibits the hatching stage of eggs. Uses Control of all stages of red spider mites, fruit tree red mites, two-spotted spider mites, and rust mites on citrus fruit, vines, top fruit, vegetables, tea, and ornamentals. Phytotoxicity No phytotoxicity has been observed at field use rates. Formulation types CS; EC. Selected products: 'Anniverse' (Japan) (Mitsui); 'Sirbon' (France) (Mitsui)

MAMMALIAN TOXICOLOGY
Oral Acute oral LD50 for male rats 132, female rats 159, male mice 146, female mice 121 mg/kg. Skin and eye Acute percutaneous LD50 for rats >2000 mg/kg. Inhalation LC50 (4 h) for male rats 1.38, female rats 0.36 mg/l.

ECOTOXICOLOGY
Birds LD50 for bobwhite quail 1884 mg/kg. Fish TLm (48 h) for carp 0.0035 mg/l. Daphnia LC50 (48 h) 0.031 mg/l. Bees LC50 27 ppm. Worms LC50 (7 d) 218 ppm.

ENVIRONMENTAL FATE
Animals From rats, the parent compound and 2-(4-bromodifluoromethoxyphenyl)-2-methylpropyl 3-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)benzyl ether are recovered. Plants In tea, the parent compound and 2-(4-bromodifluoromethoxyphenyl)-2-methylpropyl 3-phenoxybenzoate are recovered. Soil/Environment DT50 in soil c. 10 d.
