理化性质:纯品为白色晶体,密度1.185g/L.,熔点175~176℃,蒸气压4120nPa(20℃),30℃水中溶解度162mg/L。溶于乙腈、氯仿、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二甲苯。对日光稳定,在中性和碱性条件下稳定。

毒性LD50(mg/kg):急性经口LD50:725(雄大鼠)、642(雌大鼠)、590(雌小鼠)、542(雌小鼠)、鹌鹑大于2250,野鸭大于292,大鼠急性经皮LD50>2000

作用特点及用途:本品属腙类杀菌剂.以300~800g/ha喷雾,有效地防治水稻上的稻尾孢,稻长蠕孢和稻梨孢等病原菌.对稻瘟病、稻叶斑病、茎腐病以及叶枯病等有很高的保护和治疗效果。

剂型:30%WP

生产方法:以乙酰丙酮为原料,制得4,6-二甲基-2-肼基嘧啶,再与2-甲基苯基甲基酮缩合,处理即得。或者由2-甲基乙酰苯脒腙与2,4-戊二酮反应制得。

APPLICATIONS
Biochemistry Uncouples oxidative phosphorylation. Uses Control of Helminthosporium oryzae, Cercospora oryzae, and Pyricularia oryzae in rice. Applied at 600-800 g/ha (DL formulation) or 125 g/ha (SC). Formulation types DL; SC; WP. Selected products: mixtures: 'Blasin' (+ phthalide) (Sumitomo Chemical Takeda)
